Permitting is not included in the $3,800 price point. Permitting costs are quoted at the discretion of the installer. Most homes do not require permits to install Merino Alpha, but it depends on your jurisdiction and your home architecture. All of our certified installer partners are licensed to help with permitting for heat pumps. We are happy to connect you with the installer in your region to answer your questions before installation begins.
